I just made the one minute chocolate covered Katie chocolate cake, it was DIVINE!! Totally vegan, and I subsituted the oil for banana, and sugar for stevia, so healthy and not fattening. I’m not going to lie, it was very triggering, I wanted to make millions of cakes and eat them all afterwards………………………….I’m still in the kitchen, cooking some healthy vegetables instead. I will not binge, I don’t want to purge!! I hate it so much!! AH!! Ok, I’ll be ok, I have tea. Need to do more yoga, wait for lunch to digest then do yoga. Yes………….I can do this. I will not fail day six. I am strong.
I was going to make either vegan cookies, or more raw vegan bars today, but as I am feeling triggered, I might not………..lets not tempt it.
Highs and lows and frozen vegan love
Today I am so happy! My baby sis is engaged, and we are just chilling out, drinking tea and admiring her ring! But I have really bad period pain and just want to eat vegan chocolate!! Luckily I do not have any, that could end badly, and I am on day six B/P free. So I made a vegan strawberry chocolate frozen yoghurt thingy which was delicious!! Infact, I am going to share the recipe with you all. I am going to call it frozen vegan love. I will dedicate it to my baby sis and her hubby to be.
Frozen vegan love
160g frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
150g soya yoghurt
2 tablespoons soya/almond/hazlenut milk
Blend till smooth and enjoy! Makes about 2 servings, although, I won’t lie, I ate the whole lot as I am grumpy and need chocolate!
